Tips for Bodybuilding:
Ignore The Muscle Mags!
If you are trying to become a top bodybuilder, it is logical to follow the tips for bodybuilding given in muscle magazines, right? Well, not really.
There are few sources for worse advice on muscle growth than that provided in those publications. In addition to regularly giving invalid tips for bodybuilding, the majority of the "information" located in these publications is nothing more than cleverly disguised advertising.
Most of the people in those publications are genetic freaks whose bodies respond to almost any exercise. Also, the tips for bodybuilding given in those magazines are typically just intended for the most advanced bodybuilder. The vast majority of "regular" people will probably not benefit from their programs and their tips for bodybuilding.
This is not to say that all of those tips for bodybuilding are useless. Even supplementation is a vital aspect of bodybuilding, especially in terms of useful supplements like creatine, protein, glutamine, and EFAs.
These supplements are useful for the typical bodybuilder without being dangerous. Conversely, tips for bodybuilding that suggest the use of growth hormones and steroids are harmful and should be disregarded by the cautious bodybuilder.

Believe me, the ripped men and women in those muscle magazines did not become buff by using the junk products and tips for bodybuilding that they promote.
Their appearance has been improved artificially, and even a passing glance through their articles or pictures will give you a false idea of your potential results. You can gain muscle and lose fat without burning your money on every supplement and product that guarantees "massive muscle gains".
In fact, why would you even throw your money away when purchasing a muscle gaining magazine when the magazine itself is nothing more than page after page of advertisements rather than legit tips for bodybuilding?
The vast majority of the articles and tips for bodybuilding in those publications are written just to get you to purchase some product. While disguised as tips for bodybuilding, the majority of the advertisements in those publications are junk that do not provide objective information and tips.
In the world of bodybuilding, bigger is better, so most of the tips for bodybuilding in magazines will push you to become larger and larger. However, you must be aware that many of the models in those publications have exceeded the point where their muscle gains are healthy or plausible for the average person.
You will not realize any gains in muscle by listening to such ridiculous tips for bodybuilding, unless you too won the genetic lottery. Worse still, a number of the alleged tips for bodybuilding given in those magazines are incorrect and outright dangerous, which could cause serious injury.
Truthfully, you can get the appearance you want without going broke accomplishing it. It requires nothing more than hard work, motivation, planning, and dedication. Virtually every person reading this article can realize muscle gains simply through consistent exercise, a balanced diet, and adequate sleep.
