Hello Sean,
I am 48 yrs old, and I have been a bodybuilder since I was 21…over the years I have all the equipment I used in Golds Gym in my basement; including 90 degree leg press machine and standing & seated calve machines….my biggest problem is the “Calves” – they just don’t match my legs on top…do I go for reps or heavy weight and how offten can I really work them. In the past I heard since their a stuborn muscle I need to work them everyday…is this true?
