The most common strategy most people employ for packing on muscle mass, and then leaning out, is through “bulking and cutting.” The problem though is that it doesn’t always work.
The most common scenario is that you put on more weight than you want so you get “fat,” and then jump into endless cardio only to lose a lot of the hard-earned muscle that you built.
So, for a lot of guys the choice seems to be between being strong and fat or weak and lean. Click here to continue reading . . .

My good friends Mike & Elliott from LeanHybridMuscle.com just gave me a sneek peak at their “Art of Rapid Body Transformation” videos.
Although they are entertaining and I love seeing people share their embarrassing moments, there’s some VERY valuable content as well.
These guys seem to think that it’s possible to gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously. If you’ve been following my advice regularly, then you know that I typically recommend separating your muscle building and fat loss goals into separate phases.
That said, Mike and Elliot are the real deal, and when they have something to say, I’m always open to it. Click here to continue reading . . .

With so much hyped up information and bogus “breakthrough” exercise methods popping up all the time, most lifters seem to have lost sight of the basics.
While the basics may not be as flashy and exciting as what most of the “other guys” out there promote, they’ll pack raw muscle size and strength on to your body faster than any other method you’ll come across.
In this article I am simply going to list each major muscle group on the body, along with some basic free bodybuilding workout tips for building that muscle as quickly and efficiently as possible. Click here to continue reading . . .

If you’re like 99% of the bodybuilding population out there, your ultimate goal is simple: an impressively muscular physique with razor-sharp definition to match.
You want to be huge, and you want to be shredded as well, and you assume that this requires you to burn fat and gain muscle at the same time.
Because of the strong desire for this “ideal body”, most people eagerly dive into their programs headfirst. They don’t want the results to come slowly and gradually; they want to get from point A to point B as quickly as they possibly can and with as little work as is needed. Everyone is motivated to bulk up, but at the same time are afraid of putting on excess body fat.
Let me clear this up right here… Click here to continue reading . . .

I receive emails everyday from aspiring lifters all over the world, and one of the most common questions I’m asked is…
“Do I have to join a gym in order to build a strong, muscular body?”
The answer, my friend, is no. With the right equipment and planning you can be successful when it comes to building muscle at home.
In fact, my first 2 years of bodybuilding were spent building muscle at home with basic equipment in my basement, and I saw incredible results doing this. Click here to continue reading . . .

We all know that in order to maximize our gains in muscle size and strength, eating frequently throughout the day is incredibly important to our bodybuilding nutrition program.
By creating a bodybuilding nutrition program based on a well balanced muscle building meal consumed every 2-3 hours, we will keep the body in an anabolic state, raise the fat burning metabolism, stabilize energy levels and improve digestion all at the same time.
Maintaining this bodybuilding nutrition program is simple throughout the waking hours of the day…
But when happens when we go to sleep at night?

The more work you put into something, the better results you will achieve. This has always been a widely accepted truth that applies to most areas in life.
The harder you study, the better grades you will achieve. The more time you spend fine-tuning your athletic skills, the better athlete you will become. The longer you spend learning to play an instrument, the better musician you will become.
